Born and brought up in Cairo. Graduated as his school valedictorian, at the age of 16 started his university education at Cairo University’s Faculty of Commerce English section, graduated in Y2K to join one of the biggest accounting and auditing firms KPMG ( 


Then he moved on to join PricewaterhouseCoopers ( the number 1 consultancy and accountancy firm in the globe, spent almost 10 years there in the Performance Improvement team gaining tremendous experience in different fields, managing a big portfolio and providing clients with an array of services to 9 countries in the Middle East, where he spent his last year with them in the GCC in their Riyadh office. 


Then Mohamed was headhunted to be part of the executive management team of one of the biggest developmental organizations in Egypt, MEK Foundation ( where during his time with them he was promoted several times, where he is currently the deputy CEO leading a strong team of professionals and contributing to a yearly billion+ pounds UNESCO prize winning organization and getting this organization to be number 1 in Egypt for the past 4 consecutive years on different levels. 


He built there several new functions and departments: Audit & Quality, Risk Management, Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Whistle-Blowing, Competitive Intelligence…etc.  In addition to being fully responsible of the formulation and implementation of 2 out of 3 rounds of strategy with their fully fledged plans, strategic objectives, tactics, budgets and their associated organizational structures.


At the same time, he is recognized as an expert in different fields, where he is a board member to a Shopping Centers Development company operating in the UAE, and a Governance and Audit Committee member to one of the big pharmaceutical & distribution multi-billion pounds company in Egypt (


In addition, he is part of the Academia University, where he is a lecturer of both Marketing and Business to University undergraduate students and MBA lecturer in Crisis Management and Early Warning Systems.


Mohamed have also been a judge, mentor and key-note speaker at different occasions and conferences in different parts of the world: South Africa, The UK, France and Egypt.


He enjoys multitasking, where he works, studies, teaches, gets certified, mentors, and wears different hats and be a family man all at the same time. He holds his Masters degree from ESLSCA Paris, he is a Certified Fraud Examiner from the US, a Practitioner in Business Continuity Management from the UK, a Qualified Internal Auditor from the UK, Certified Risk Management Professional from the US and a Certified Analytics Professional from the US.s


Mohamed also has his own YouTube channel “WinFinity Channel” giving advice on both the professional and personal levels. 


He is known to be a high achiever, a strong advocate of continuous improvement and efficiency and a firm believer in people and their capabilities.
